Some states require "proof of job" to apply for a cannabis ID card. This applies to states that link "agents/employees" with cannabis businesses before issuing an agent badge. The Electronic Job Offer Letter enables businesses to manage offer letters online, allowing individuals to register, log in, and claim their letters without paper document uploads.
STEP 1: CANNABIS BUSINESS CREATES THE AGENT JOB LETTER
Cannabis businesses must apply for agent job letter registration.
STEP 2: CANNABIS AGENT/EMPLOYEE APPLICATION MUST OCCUR AFTER THE BUSINESS HAS SUBMITTED A JOB LETTER IN THE SYSTEM
If you can't find your "Offer Letter," check with your employer to ensure your Date of Birth (DOB) and Social Security Number (SSN) match your registration.
Selecting this and clicking Update will auto-fill the Associated Business tab, linking this application to the business that issued the "electronic offer letter." It will be uneditable.

If you notice that the account has the wrong date of birth and/or social security number, please reach out to our technical support desk and provide the correct information and what should be edited.
(Example: My date of birth is incorrect, the system has 03/28/1967 and it should be 03/28/1968 or My SSN is showing 4XX-XX-XXXX and it should show 5XX-XX-XXXX).
